Join Mountains Restoration Trust to help restore streamside habitat and oak woodlands along Cold Creek and Dry Creek in the beautiful Cold Creek Valley Preserve. Volunteers will remove non-native, invasive plants, remove old plant cages, collect native grass and perennial seeds, and learn about the native plants we are saving! This chaparral and oak woodland area is rich in diversity. Will work under supervision of MRT tech crew from 9am-12pm. Please arrive by 8:45am. Recieve community service credit.

Great Fun for Kids and Families! Volunteers under the age of 18 must bring a signed copy of the Parental Consent Form and volunteers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or a guardian.

What to Bring: Bring a snack, a lot of water, sunscreen and a hat. Wear sturdy footwear and prepare to get dirty. Gloves and tools will be provided but you may bring your own work gloves if desired.
